Ezi-action - FoodTech PackTech 2016

Foodtechpacktech 2016

Every two years the best industry suppliers of food manufacturing and packaging solutions exhibit so that New Zealand can better realise its potential to safely deliver quality food solutions to the world. Distributors and users of Ezi-action® Drumpumps exhibited during the three day event:  11-13 October 216 in Auckland, New Zealand.

The colour coding features of Ezi-action® Drumpumps with both the coloured safety straps and the expansion of the range of coloured handles suits the need of the food manufacturing sector to be able to differentiate to the fluid being dispensed and control the zones where drum pumps are used. Red, blue and green ball handles are NOW available.

Claire Jenkinson-Johns, Owner and Managing Director demonstrated the new Ezi-action® MBSP55 Fitting.

The benefits of two threads in one were quickly identified.

Drums openings vary and when the thread opening in the last 200 litre drum of chemical dispensed is different from that required for the new drum time can be wasted by the operator "looking for the other" fitting or if never found a different Ezi-action® M Adaptor Fitting needs to be sourced.

The Ezi-action® MBSP55 Adaptor Fitting secures into both an opening with a British standard fine thread ( 58mm outside diameter bung) and into an opening with 56 x 4 buttress opening.

It is not only good for the planet (less plastic and supports recycling) but improves productivity by reducing time wastage by the operator looking for the "other" Ezi-action® M Adaptor Fitting and saves costs because another Ezi-action® M Adaptor Fitting does not need to be bought. If you are a supplier or user of the New Zealand made plastic 200 litre Alto drums which have the British standard fine thread on one side and the 56 x 4 buttress opening on the other then ask for the Ezi-action® 200/55 Drumpump with MBSP55 Fitting.
